A Little Bit of History (Because It’s a Good One)

R.M.Williams was established in 1932 by a fellow by the name of Reginald Murray Williams — or RM, as he was known. He began life in the Australian outback, creating boots that could withstand the toughest conditions. It was his now-iconic one-piece leather design that changed everything – it meant fewer seams, which meant greater strength, greater comfort and a whole lot of style.

Every pair of boots is still made by hand in Adelaide even now. That type of consistency in forming a dedicated brand is rare, and a huge part of why we love the brand as much as we do.
